The Challenge

I have always had a passion for trance music after DJ-ing from an early age, attending events across the world. I noticed that at these events a lot of people had merchandise t-shirts, and a lot of events sold t-shirts and merchandise – but none of it really appealed to me, so I created my own. The Solution

A modern fresh brand to suit any personality

Having a lot of connections both DJ’s and other fans, I knew exactly what I needed to do to get the brand moving, I came up with a few early drafts that I showcased to people and the TRA-NCE brand was born. I then created a mobile-friendly ecommerce experience to showcase and sell my own designs.

a focus on mobile experience

With the marketing for TRA-NCE being heavily focused on Instagram and Facebook it was important that the mobile ecommerce user experience was on point. I rigorously tested the site across multiple devices and did remote user testing to ensure the customer journey was fit for purpose.

creating a brand that will stand out in the croud

It was important to create a brand that was both strong, bold, and recognisable – to stand out in the croud. The TRA-NCE brand itself sits amoungst a variety of colour, almost hypnotic designs that are guaranteed to stand out.

brand & print design

I set about researching product offerings and what sort of products people would be most likely to purchase, I then set about designing each product before finding a print on demand provider to fulfill the orders.

this is just the start

I have big plans to roll out the brand properly in 2019, above is a snapshot of some of the orders I received ready to be shipped.
